We are proud to announce that Tim McCaffrey and Natasha Chesler are available to conduct mediations of your employment cases and other disputes. Both are available to conduct mediation individually - and also offer a unique team approach. As counsel for both employers and employees (i.e., plaintiff and defense), Mr. McCaffrey and Ms. Chesler bring a unique perspective of both sides of litigation. In addition, both Mr. McCaffrey and Ms. Chesler previously worked at O'Melveny & Myers, handling high stakes employment matters for corporate clients. Thus, they have a myriad of experience in matters of all types and sizes.
Mr. McCaffrey and Ms. Chesler are dedicated problem solvers, who use patience, persistence, and creativity to achieve resolutions. Their strengths include the ability to absorb, analyze, and distill complex matters, to deal with difficult parties, and to resolve emotionally charged disputes. They believe in follow up and will do so without charge if the matter does not settle after a full day of mediation, including up to a free additional 1/2 day of mediation if necessary.
In addition, Ms. Chesler sits on the Mediation Panel for the United States District Court, Central District of California.

Our rates are as follows:
Mediations may be conducted in our offices in West Los Angeles (at no extra charge) and we are also available to travel for your case.

- $4,500 for a full day of individual mediation services (or $2,500 for a half day)
- $6,000 for a full day of team mediation (both Mr. McCaffrey and Ms. Chesler) (or $3,500 for a half day)
